One product. Your own storefront.
You choose what to sell and how much to charge. SellerBay collects the customer’s payment and coordinates the supplier purchase. Your earnings stay visible in your account until they are ready to withdraw.
- Create your shop. Give it a name and a SellerBay link in My shop. Shop building is included in Premium.
- Choose a product. Browse the supplier catalog or submit a sourcing request for something you cannot find. Adding a product to your shop does not purchase inventory.
- Write the listing and set the price. Use Listing Creator, review the details and check the earnings estimate. Save unfinished items as unlisted drafts.
- Open your shop and share its link. Customers see your collection and can buy priced products as guests when delivery is supported. They choose their options and review a fixed total before payment.
- Follow the order, then withdraw your earnings. A paid order funds the supplier purchase. Earnings become available after delivery and final cost verification.
You do not need to pre-fund supplier stock or maintain a starting wallet balance. A membership covers access to the platform; a product order is a separate payment.

Choose the plan that fits your shop.
Custom domains and custom branded bots belong to Premium. Plus gives you the shop itself and the shared SellerBay bot.
| Membership | Price | Access |
|---|---|---|
| Premium | 3 days free, then $19.99 USD/month | Every available SellerBay tool, seller guides, 100 daily AI requests and listing drafts, and Premium shop features as they become available. |
New memberships use Whop with a 3-day free trial, then $19.99 USD per month. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Existing subscribers keep their original processor and recurring price. Your account’s billing details show what applies to you. The plan cards show the available payment methods and current allowances.
If your shop membership ends, new sales pause. Existing order history and available earnings remain accessible. A custom domain requires active Premium access.
Products
Start with the supplier catalog.
The catalog brings supplier photos, product details and prices into one place. Your own shop listings stay separate from it.
Open the Supplier catalog, search for a product, or filter by category. Shirts, shoes, accessories and other categories have their own filters. You can sort by price or product name and move between pages.
A visible catalog price includes SellerBay’s handling and payment allowance. Delivery and any tax collected are shown at checkout. A converted source price can be an estimate; the buyer still reviews a fixed USD total before paying. “Price not available yet” means the original supplier price is missing and the product needs a quote.
Choose Add to my shop on a priced product to save it immediately as a free, unlisted draft. No sourcing request or product payment is needed. Review the suggested selling price, edit the listing, and publish when ready. If you do not have a shop yet, the page leads you to create one.
If a product has no price, choose Get a quote. It goes into My shop → Quote queue, without a form or a payment. Filter by Waiting, Ready to review or Closed. The queue refreshes every 30 seconds while open. Staff updates and a newly saved catalog price appear there.
When a price is ready, select Review price. You see the catalog price including handling, a suggested selling price and estimated earnings. Set your own price, then add the product as a draft. You can decline or decide later. Receiving a quote never creates a listing automatically. If the supplier price changes before acceptance, review the updated amount first.
Supplier availability can change. A catalog entry or a saved shop listing does not reserve stock. Some suppliers require contact or a password, so their complete inventory may not be available in the catalog.
Products
Cannot find the right item? Ask us to source it.
A good request gives the buying team enough detail to find the right item without guessing.
Use the sourcing link above the catalog or open a new sourcing request. Add a clear photo or choose a catalog item, describe what matters, and include the quantity, size, color and budget where relevant. You can attach up to three JPG, PNG or WebP photos, each under 8 MB.
Choose direct order and delivery if you want to buy the item. Provide the recipient’s full delivery details. The team prepares a quote showing the item, delivery, tax and final total. Check the photos and whether the proposed match is exact or similar before paying.
Choose add to my shop if you want to sell it. This requires an existing Premium shop. Accepting an approved shop quote adds an unlisted draft at no product charge. Review its copy and selling price before listing it.
Questions and replies stay in the request. AI can prepare a private buying brief for the team, but a person checks the source and publishes the quote. Supplier links and internal buying notes are not shown to your customers.
Your shop
Create a shop that feels like yours.
Start small. A clear name and a focused collection are enough to open your first storefront.
In My shop, enter a name and choose the link people will share, such as sellerbay.net/shops/your-name. Shop links use 3 to 48 letters, numbers or hyphens and must be unique.
Add a short description of your collection and an optional announcement. Choose an accent color, then add products. Every new shop starts closed so you can work on it privately.
Preview shop shows your current storefront. An unpublished shop preview is available to its signed-in owner. When at least one listing is active, select Open shop to make the collection public. Pause shop stops new storefront sales while keeping existing orders and earnings available.
Keep your link stable once you share it. Changing the shop link changes the address customers need to use.
Your shop
Arrange your storefront without code.
The shop editor keeps the layout focused on your products and lets you adjust the introduction around them.
Open My shop → Design. Choose a starting layout: Classic collection, Editorial, or Compact. Edit section headings and text, then reorder the sections by dragging or with the up and down buttons.
Add introductions or text sections where they help explain the collection. The product collection stays part of the layout, and the editor supports up to eight sections. Use the phone preview to check how the order of sections reads on a smaller screen.
The preview updates as you type. Select Save design to apply your changes. Product details and prices are managed separately in Products or Listing Creator, so rearranging the page does not change what you charge.
Your shop
Write the listing, then make it yours.
Listing Creator works both for other marketplaces and for your SellerBay shop. You decide where the finished draft goes.
For an external marketplace, choose Another marketplace, enter the product name and known features, and generate your draft. Edit the title and description, then copy the text to the marketplace you selected. This does not publish anything to that external site.
For your shop, choose My SellerBay shop. Pick an existing catalog product, or open the AI editing link beside an item in your collection. Its catalog details and photos provide the starting point.
Select Write with AI to prepare a title and description. Optional writing notes can guide the tone. Review the output for accuracy, especially materials, sizing and condition. AI does not verify a supplier’s claims or confirm stock.
Choose your selling price and review the estimate. Leave List this item in my shop unchecked to save an unlisted draft. Check it when the listing is ready. Your shop also needs to be open for customers to see it. Editing your copy does not change the original supplier catalog entry.
Money
Set a price with room for the real costs.
Your customer sees the selling price you choose. The estimate helps you understand what may remain after the order is fulfilled.
The pricing tools account for the supplier item cost, SellerBay’s 1.5% commission on the item selling price, a payment allowance of 9% + $0.30, and a withdrawal allowance of 5% + $0.50. These allowances are planning estimates. The actual payment processing fee is reconciled after payment.
Processing can also apply to delivery and tax collected at checkout. When a product has no delivery rate, SellerBay estimates delivery from the destination, packed weight and quantity, including an allowance for payment fees. The team can adjust these rates centrally as actual costs become available. These are planning estimates, not carrier quotes or guarantees of profit.
You can use the suggested price or choose your own. An active listing must leave at least $1 after the estimated costs. Save it unlisted if you want to keep working on the price.
If another active shop has a lower price for the same item, you may see a private comparison. It is a reference for you, with no competitor link on your customer’s storefront. You do not have to match it.
Verified payment fees and supplier costs determine the final earnings. An unused allowance is not an extra SellerBay fee. There is no separate SellerBay withdrawal commission.

Orders
How a customer pays.
A customer can buy from an open shop without a SellerBay membership or account.
For an item ready to order, the buyer chooses its options and quantity, then enters an email and the recipient’s name, address, country, postal code and phone number. The page shows the item total, available delivery charge and tax before payment.
Continue to payment prepares the order. Stripe handles card checkout. SellerBay verifies the completed payment before the order enters the buying queue. Returning from checkout alone does not count as successful payment.
Priced products can use SellerBay’s delivery estimates without a separate sourcing request. Explicitly unavailable items cannot be ordered, and checkout offers only destinations with a configured delivery rate. A changed price or delivery policy requires a fresh total before the buyer can continue.
Where a product has defined sizes or colors, the buyer chooses from those options. Otherwise, they enter their size where relevant and describe the required color or design, such as “navy, second design in the photo” or “as pictured.” Extra instructions stay attached to the order for the buying team. Never guess a customer’s preferred variant.
Keep the order page and use the same browser to return to a guest purchase. After paying, the buyer can save the order to a SellerBay account. On a custom domain, this opens a short-lived account link on SellerBay. Saving the order is optional and does not create a paid membership.
Orders
What happens after payment.
SellerBay uses the order payment to fund the supplier purchase. You follow fulfillment from your shop’s Orders tab.
The buying team reviews the paid order, checks the item and delivery details, and places the supplier order. This purchase is handled by the team. The platform does not automatically purchase every supplier item when a payment arrives.
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Quoted | A total is ready to review. Payment is still required for a direct order. |
| Paid | The payment has been verified. The team can prepare the supplier purchase. |
| Ordered | The team has recorded the supplier purchase. |
| Shipped | Carrier and tracking details have been recorded. |
| Delivered | Delivery is recorded. Final cost verification is still required before earnings become available. |
Read the order’s messages and tracking details for its current position. Delivery estimates belong to the particular quote, not to every item in the catalog. A payment under review should be resolved before ordering from the supplier.
Orders
If an order cannot go ahead.
An unavailable item, delivery problem or payment reversal needs a review of that specific order.
Use the order conversation to explain the issue and include useful details or photos. If you cannot reach the order, contact support with its reference. The team checks whether the item has been purchased or shipped before deciding the next step.
Refunds are handled by the team. Staff can request a full Stripe refund from the order’s payment controls and follow its verified result. Other payment methods and partial refunds need review through the original provider. The app does not offer an automatic return label or an instant self-service refund button. Do not send a return to a supplier without receiving the team’s instructions.
A verified refund or reversal changes the order’s financial position and removes the corresponding seller credit. A partial refund or unclear payment state can hold the order for review. If earnings were already withdrawn, the adjustment can reduce the available balance below zero and block further withdrawals.
Keep the conversation with the order so the payment, fulfillment and resolution remain connected. No refund outcome or timing is promised by a pending request alone.
Money
Understand your earnings balance.
The wallet is your SellerBay earnings record. A customer payment is not immediately available to withdraw.
| Balance | What it contains |
|---|---|
| Available | Released earnings after delivery and verification of final costs, with any later adjustments applied. |
| Awaiting delivery or cost review | Order earnings still waiting for fulfillment or financial checks. They are not ready for withdrawal. |
| Reserved for withdrawal | Money held for your active withdrawal request. It cannot be requested again at the same time. |
| Withdrawn, before transfer costs | The gross amount of completed withdrawals. The actual received amount appears with the transfer details. |
Pending losses can reduce the amount you are allowed to withdraw even when other orders have estimated profits. The form shows the withdrawable amount when it is lower than the available balance.
You do not top up this wallet to add supplier products. Shop customers fund their orders at checkout. Open your earnings to review the current balances and withdrawal history.
Money
Request a withdrawal, review the quote, then receive it.
Payouts are released manually by the SellerBay team. A request reserves your earnings; it does not send a transfer immediately.
- Open My shop → Earnings and enter an amount of at least $20.00, within your withdrawable balance.
- Choose PayPal or crypto. Enter the PayPal email, or select the crypto asset and network and enter the receiving address. Check the destination carefully.
- Submit the request. The amount moves into Reserved for withdrawal while the team obtains the actual transfer quote.
- Review the fee, net payout and quote note in withdrawal history. Accept the quote if you want to proceed. Quotes are valid for 48 hours.
- The team processes the accepted request and records the completed transfer with its reference and received amount.
You can cancel a requested, quoted or approved withdrawal before it enters processing. Rejected or cancelled requests release the reserved funds. A processing transfer needs the team’s attention before it can change.
Combining several earnings into one larger withdrawal can reduce the effect of fixed transfer costs. Crypto payouts are also manual and require the correct network. The form currently supports USDC on Polygon and BTC on Bitcoin.
Money
Pay for membership with crypto.
Crypto membership is paid 30 days at a time. It does not renew automatically.
Open Crypto membership, choose the plan and one of the networks currently available, then create an invoice. The invoice gives you an exact amount, receiving address, network and 30-minute validity period.
Use the invoice’s details for that payment. Do not reuse an old invoice or send on a different network. Report the complete transaction hash after sending. The team verifies the recipient, asset, amount and payment time before activating the membership.
Reporting a hash does not itself activate a plan. Confirmation adds 30 days, extending an existing active crypto membership of the same plan. When it expires, create a fresh invoice if you want to renew.
If your current membership renews through PayPal or Stripe, cancel its next renewal before switching to crypto. If no network is offered, a current receiving address and exchange quote are not available, so a payable invoice cannot be created.
Crypto membership payments and crypto withdrawals are separate processes. New product purchases use Stripe card checkout. Existing PayPal orders keep their original payment history.
Connections
Choose a domain for your Premium shop.
Buy a domain through SellerBay or connect one you own. Premium covers the shop connection; domain registration costs extra.
In My shop → Domain, choose Buy through SellerBay to check availability. A successful registrar check is required before a price request can be saved. If searches are not connected or the check fails, the request cannot proceed.
The team provides a registration total, term, estimated annual renewal cost and terms. Review and accept them before card payment. Availability is checked again before checkout. A successful check does not reserve the domain. The team registers it manually after payment is confirmed, then records its registrar and expiry date. Renewal is arranged separately, without automatic renewal through this checkout.
To bring a domain you already have, choose Connect a domain I own and follow these steps:
- Open My shop → Domain and enter the hostname, such as
shop.yourbrand.com. Enter the domain only, without a path. - Copy the unique CNAME target and the separate TXT verification record shown on the page. Add both records at the service that manages your domain’s DNS.
- For a subdomain such as
shop, use the host label expected by your DNS provider. For the root domain, your provider needs ALIAS, ANAME or CNAME flattening. If it cannot do this, connect awwworshopsubdomain instead. - Select Check connection. SellerBay checks ownership and routing, then checks HTTPS. Keep both DNS records in place so the connection can be rechecked.
Waiting for DNS means the records do not yet match. Connecting means routing is verified and HTTPS is still being prepared. Active means the domain and HTTPS checks passed. DNS changes can take time to become visible.
SellerBay hosts the shop and manages its HTTPS certificate through the domain gateway. A custom-domain storefront has no SellerBay watermark. Stripe uses its own checkout, and optional account saving takes a buyer to SellerBay.
One custom domain can be attached to a shop at a time. Remove the existing connection before replacing it. Removal revokes shop routing; remove the DNS records at your provider as well. Domain access pauses if Premium ends. Your registrar still manages domain registration and renewal.
Connections
Connect a Discord server and post your listings.
Plus includes the shared SellerBay bot. Premium also includes a custom branded bot for your shop.
Start in My shop → Discord. Link your Discord account to SellerBay and use a server where that same Discord account has Manage Server permission.
- Choose the shared bot, or your assigned custom bot, and create a connection code. A code is private, single use and valid for 15 minutes.
- Invite the bot using the supplied link. When it joins, use its Connect shop button. If the welcome message is unavailable, run
/sellerbay-shop. - Enter your code in the private setup form and select the channel where listings should appear. The bot checks your permissions and its own channel access.
- Return to the Discord tab to see the connected server and channel. Choose a published listing and submit it for posting. Its image, price and product link go to the selected channel.
The connection is saved; it does not end when the setup code expires. Generating a replacement code keeps the current connection working until the new code is redeemed. You can disconnect it from the shop settings.
A custom bot starts with a Premium request and your preferred bot name. The team creates and assigns its Discord application before you can invite it. Never put a bot token into a shop form or chat message.
If the bot is offline, removed from the server, or loses access to the channel, the page shows the connection problem. A queued listing is not the same as a posted message. Restore the connection or channel permissions before retrying.
Good to know
Your storefront is a separate customer experience.
SellerBay does not publish a shop directory or add competing shop links to your storefront.
Share your own shop link or custom domain with your audience. Visitors see your collection, your copy and your prices. Your listings are not mixed into the supplier catalog or another owner’s shop.
Published shops are public pages and can be crawled by search engines. Someone with a valid link can open a shop without signing in. The absence of a directory is not a promise that public pages can never be discovered.
Customer storefronts do not expose supplier purchase links, supplier costs or staff buying notes. Owners see their own pricing guidance and earnings details privately. A guest checkout is tied to the buyer’s browser until they save the order to an account.
Good to know
Know where to go next.
Most issues are easiest to resolve from the screen that holds the relevant record.
- A product or delivery question: use the sourcing request or order conversation.
- A pending payout: check My shop → Earnings for the transfer quote and current state.
- A domain that will not connect: compare both DNS records and check for conflicting address records at your provider.
- A Discord connection problem: check the selected bot, linked Discord account, server permissions and posting channel.
- A payment that looks incomplete: return to the order and refresh its payment status before trying another payment.
- Anything you cannot resolve there: open Help and include the order, invoice or withdrawal reference.
SellerBay’s team handles supplier purchasing, final cost review, refund processing, manual crypto verification and payout release. The platform records those steps so you can see what is still waiting for action.
