1. SellerBay and these terms

SellerBay is an online workspace for sellers, with research tools, listing assistance, inventory features, educational content and a supplier product catalog. These terms apply to sellerbay.net and SellerBay-operated services, including our Discord bot. “SellerBay,” “we” and “us” refer to the operator of this service under the SellerBay name.

By creating an account or using a service after being presented with these terms, you agree to them to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase access. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The service is not intended for children under 13. You must also meet the minimum age required by your location and any connected platform. To purchase a subscription, you must be legally able to enter a contract or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian where permitted.

Use accurate account information, protect your credentials and use only accounts and payment methods you are authorized to use. Do not share a personal subscription to bypass access limits. You are responsible for authorized activity on your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Paid plans and recurring billing

Available features, usage limits, currency, price, introductory offers and renewal terms are shown on the pricing page and in your selected checkout. Prices and offers can differ by payment provider. Review the final checkout before paying. Access is activated after payment is verified.

When you authorize a recurring subscription, it renews at the interval and price disclosed at checkout until you cancel. An introductory price may change to the disclosed standard price at renewal. Taxes or other charges, when applicable, should be shown before purchase. We will give notice of material changes to an existing subscription price before they apply and obtain consent when required by law.

A feature described as planned or in development is not a promise that it is currently available or will arrive by a particular date. Referral rewards are subject to the conditions shown in the referral program; fraudulent, self-referred or reversed payments do not qualify.

4. Cancellation and refund requests

To stop future renewals, sign in and open Account, then Subscription, Cancel renewal and Stop monthly renewal. Cancel before the next renewal is processed. Access normally continues until the end of the already-paid period. If you cannot access your account or complete cancellation, contact the Team with your payment reference. Do not send full card details.

Knowingly authorized subscription purchases and renewals are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or payment-provider rules. Stopping renewal does not by itself refund an earlier payment. Ask the Team to review a duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized or undelivered-service charge. Nothing in these terms removes a refund, cancellation, dispute or other remedy that the law or applicable payment-provider rules provide. This policy applies to purchases made after acceptance of this version; it does not replace the terms of earlier purchases. Do not purchase a second plan to fix a billing problem without first checking the existing subscription.

5. Products, suppliers and third-party services

The supplier catalog displays products, photos and prices. Membership provides access to the catalog; it does not purchase products or reserve supplier stock. Direct orders are placed through SellerBay and paid for separately. Eligible shop owners can list catalog products without buying inventory in advance. Supplier contact details and purchase records are managed privately by the SellerBay team.

Review the item details, quantity, delivery costs, tax and final total before paying. Supplier availability, price and delivery need to be confirmed before checkout is offered. After verified payment, the team coordinates the supplier purchase and records fulfillment updates. A catalog entry does not guarantee stock, authenticity or a delivery date. For a missing item, submit a sourcing request. For a problem with a paid order, use its conversation or contact support with the order reference. Any applicable payment-provider protections and mandatory consumer rights remain available.

6. Using tools and AI output

Research, pricing and margin tools provide estimates or available market information, which can be incomplete or outdated. Review listing drafts, calculations and AI answers before relying on them. You remain responsible for your listings, taxes, business decisions and compliance with marketplace rules. SellerBay does not guarantee income, sales, marketplace ranking or protection from account restrictions.

Receipt tools are for accurate, legitimate transaction records. Do not fabricate purchases, proof of authenticity, payment authorization or documents for fraudulent returns or refunds. Use product images only when you have the rights and they accurately represent the item.

Listing performance reports depend on data made available by the connected marketplace. Reports may be delayed or incomplete and do not guarantee buyers, sales or search ranking. Third-party platforms can restrict integrations or change their systems. Review a listing before authorizing publication and use connected services only where permitted.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use SellerBay for fraud, unlawful sales, harassment, spam, impersonation, credential theft or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not upload information you have no right to provide. Do not attack the service, bypass access or usage controls, extract private member information or deliberately overload the bot or website.

Follow the rules of the SellerBay community and connected services. Attempts to make the assistant reveal credentials, private records or instructions do not authorize access to that information.

8. Your content and our materials

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant SellerBay permission to store, process, display and transmit that content as needed to provide the functions you request, maintain the service and address support or security issues. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

SellerBay branding, software and original educational materials belong to their respective rights holders. Your subscription gives you access for permitted use; it does not transfer ownership or authorize resale of the service or its paid materials. Third-party images and other materials may carry separate restrictions.

9. Discord support and AI communication

Our bot identifies itself as an AI assistant and answers SellerBay questions for current server members. It may greet new members and offer relevant help. Selected public community messages are processed to identify interest in SellerBay and help the Team follow up. The Discord and AI section of our Privacy Policy explains these features and their providers.

Type stop in a DM to the bot to disable proactive DMs. Type forget to delete saved bot conversation context and disable outreach. You can still ask direct questions. Human support is available through private tickets. AI answers cannot approve refunds, change accounts or create commitments on behalf of the Team.

10. Availability and suspension

Maintenance, provider outages, usage limits or security incidents can interrupt access. We may restrict an account or feature when reasonably necessary to address suspected abuse, nonpayment, security risks or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact support. Any cancellation, refund or access rights required by law remain available.

We may change features over time. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated where required, with any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

11. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, tools and information are provided as available without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular commercial result. Independent vendors and platforms are responsible for their own services.

To the extent permitted by law, SellerBay is not responsible for indirect losses or lost profits resulting from reliance on estimates, AI output or independent third parties. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud or other mandatory protections.

12. Applicable law and resolving issues

SellerBay uses a United States legal framework. Applicable United States federal law and applicable state law govern where relevant. These terms do not select a particular state, require arbitration or waive class-action rights. Mandatory consumer protections and rights that apply where you live are preserved.

Please contact the Team first with enough detail to investigate a concern. You remain free to use any dispute-resolution process or remedy available under applicable law.

13. Changes and contact

The date above identifies this version. We will post updates here and provide notice of material changes where appropriate or legally required. A change does not remove rights that have already arisen.
